The AT502 turbine flow meter is a high-precision speed-type flow measurement intelligent instrument, specially designed for volume measurement of clean fluids in closed pipelines. This product is mainly composed of a sensor (for detecting the rotational speed of the turbine), a turbine (rotating when the fluid flows), a housing (for protection and guiding the fluid), and an electronic display (liquid crystal display, showing flow data).

The turbine flowmeter is one of the main types of velocity-type flowmeters. Its working principle is as follows: when the fluid passes through the instrument, the impeller is subjected to force and rotates, converting the flow velocity of the fluid proportionally into the rotational speed of the turbine. At the same time, based on the principle of electromagnetic induction, the rotational speed is converted into an electrical pulse signal in a linear proportion, thereby enabling real-time monitoring of the instantaneous flow and precise accumulation of the total flow.
