The AT504 handheld ultrasonic flow meter is a non-contact, high-precision, maintenance-free industrial fluid measurement instrument. By detecting the impact of fluid flow on the propagation of ultrasonic pulses, it accurately calculates the instantaneous and cumulative flow of liquids and gases in pipelines. This product mainly adopts the time difference measurement technology, equipped with one or more channels of ultrasonic transducers, alternately transmitting and receiving ultrasonic signals in the downstream and upstream directions. By precisely capturing the time difference of sound wave propagation, combined with intelligent algorithms, it automatically converts fluid flow velocity and volumetric flow rate. It supports bidirectional flow measurement, with stable measurement data and small errors, unaffected by the conductivity and viscosity of the medium.

This ultrasonic flowmeter features non-contact measurement, portability, and a wide measurement range. It measures the flow outside the pipeline without damaging the pipeline or suspend production.
